Active Travel in Culture Mile

Join us on World Car Free Day this Thursday 22nd September between 12-2pm, for our fun and interactive outdoor event, Active Travel in Culture Mile.

Two people on bicycles following a bike-led tour of City of London

We’ll be exploring the alternative ways of traveling to, from, and around Culture Mile without having to use cars or public transport.

We’ve got a lunchtime packed with lots of exciting activities including:

  • Free 30 min cycling tour of City of London with Peter Murray OBE, courtesy of Tokyo Bikes (ticketed)
  • Team-based cycling challenges – bring your colleagues! (ticketed)
  • A bike-powered smoothie maker
  • A selection of street food vendors
  • Music from @guildhallschool

Active Travel is free and open to everyone, so simply turn up and get involved. The cycling tour and team-based cycling challenges are ticketed activities (but still free of charge).
