Fusion Prize

A competition to find innovative ways to upskill future generations, empowering them to meet the demands of today’s employers.

Comprising many of the UK’s most accomplished, creative, and inspiring organisations, such as the LSO, the Barbican and Museum of London, Culture Mile and East Bank are launching the FUSION PRIZE.

The FUSION PRIZE is a new competition to find innovative ways to upskill future generations, empowering them to meet the demands of today’s employers and boosting their social mobility.

The FUSION PRIZE invites schools, universities, charities, businesses and others to work together to pitch ideas for innovative programmes or products designed to develop the creative, communication, organisational and thinking skills of London’s children or young people through cultural experiences.

Between now and the closing date in January 2020, participants can expect a host of inspiring events to either find collaborators or to fine tune their ideas.

Launching publicly on 17 June 2019, the first major event that will bring together anyone interested in applying will be in September.

With a stellar judging panel of innovators and cutting-edge thinkers, access to Culture Mile and East Bank experts, and a £50K prize for the winner, your pioneering idea could become a reality! Entries must be submitted by mid-January 2020.
