At 12, our experts will be leading an outdoor yoga session in the beautiful surroundings of London Wall. This Traditional Eastern discipline combines strength and flexibility through a series of poses, by focusing on your breathing and synchronising movement and breath Hatha Yoga becomes a moving meditation. Great for both your body and mind!
Follow this up with some peaceful meditation practice, designed to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
