TALK Culture Mile: The Role of Technology in Heritage Engagement

Attendees listen to TALK Culture Mile presentations

TALK Culture Mile is a series of events that brings together organisations from across all sectors to explore the role and future of creativity through discussion and debate, with the shared aim of placing culture at the heart of the area.

Terrace Gallery, Museum of London, 12.45 - 14.00

In this free lunchtime talk we will explore how technology can help to expand our understanding and engagement with heritage. 2000 years of history in the City of London and Culture Mile mean that the area boasts a unique blend of ancient and modern. How can we best utilise existing and emerging technologies to engage people with this rich heritage through telling its stories in innovative ways, animating spaces, sharing archives and offering exciting new experience.
