Culture Mile Explorers: Outdoor Kids Club allows families to explore some of the City's most beautiful green spaces with activities exploring nature, the animals and insects we share our world with and sustainable futures.

Learn how we can all care for wildlife and the environment with family friendly hands on gardening and wildlife supporting activities led by Global Generation. Discover the life and histories of their very of own Skip Garden saved seeds with their Mobile Seed Bank.

Join storyteller Olivia Armstrong on a magical storytelling walk and discover which legendary beasts protect the city of London and why they have made the concrete landscape of The Barbican their home. Explore a hidden green oasis and hear the story of the Salters and the mysterious creature which is the symbol of their guild. Can you find any other mythical creatures and tell their stories too? Meet outside the Museum of London at 1, 2 and 3pm and go on a city safari like no other!

A brand new garden has sprung up around the ruins of a medieval tower. Join us in the garden, build your own ancient ruins and sow seeds. You can take your tiny garden home, watch it grow - and eat your produce!

Plus, join the Barbican Children's Library for some outside storytelling featuring some weird and wonderful beasts.
