Barbican OpenFest

Event Date: 17 & 18 March

A weekend of inspiring art and entertainment

We welcome you to a packed weekend of everything we do best in Culture Mile, from visual art, music and dance to free installations, exhibitions, talks and activities.

Don’t miss a new large-scale light and sound experience Tunnel Visions: Array, an installation from the creative team behind spectacular light shows at Edinburgh Festival, Sydney Opera House and London 2012 Olympics, which takes over the Beech Street tunnel, free to everyone for one weekend only.

You can also check out the Barbican’s annual Chronic Youth Film Festival, programmed by and for young people, and Our Future City at the Museum of London. Across two days, you’ll find everything from roller disco to ballet, photography, open rehearsals, installations and workshops inside the Barbican and neighbouring venues Milton Court Concert Hall and LSO St Luke’s.
