LSO Discovery, the London Symphony Orchestra’s education and community programme, is one of the world’s leading music education programmes offering inspiring musical experiences to people of all ages and backgrounds who have not necessarily had much contact with classical music and musicians.
LSO Discovery runs a number of Music Technology Workshops, A-Level Music seminars and orchestral concerts designed specifically for each Key Stage. LSO Discovery brings LSO Members like mentors, leaders, or performers and are often led or presented by a creative individual, such as composer, conductor or animateur into contact with the wider public. LSO Discovery work is captured and disseminated digitally, for individual enthusiasts, learners and teachers in the UK and worldwide.
